AUSTIN, Texas- October 15, 2026 — Jeppesen ForeFlight today introduced its largest slate of new business aviation capabilities to date ahead of NBAA-BACE 2026. These new capabilities include safety management, flight tracking, paperless cockpit operations, runway performance, fuel, aircraft privacy, and new agents with Airflow, its agentic AI operating intelligence platform.
Business aviation operations have historically assembled their operations from disparate scheduling tools, safety systems, performance calculator, fuel platform, and an electronic flight bag that are disconnected or difficult to unify. Jeppesen ForeFlight’s connected solutions help operators run on the same flight record, the same aircraft profile, and the same crew, which means a risk flagged during preflight, a curtailment applied on the ramp, and a signed navlog filed after landing all describe the same trip.
“Business aviation operators are expected to run like airlines with high accountability and customer service, often with a fraction of the staff,” said Brad Surak, CEO of Jeppesen ForeFlight. “To do that effectively, their tools need to work together. We’re bringing the entire operation into one connected ecosystem, from the initial trip request through the final safety report.”
Attendees can see every new capability at Booth 3533 during NBAA-BACE, October 20 to 22, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company will also lead a panel titled, “Trust, But Verify: AI in Business Aviation” on October 21 at 1:15 PM at LVCC, West Hall, Flight Deck, Booth 205
AIRFLOW™ AI AGENTS: INTELLIGENCE BUILT FOR BUSINESS AVIATION OPERATIONS
Jeppesen ForeFlight is introducing two new Airflow™ agents, Trip Feasibility and Ops Briefing, built to help business aviation operators make more informed decisions with less manual work. Trip Feasibility evaluates proposed trips against sanctions, permits, NOTAMs, weather and airport restrictions in a single check, helping operators identify potential issues before committing to a trip. Ops Briefing automatically consolidates NOTAMs and current and forecast weather, giving planners a shared operational picture at the start of each shift. Built on Jeppesen ForeFlight’s certified aviation data and designed around aviation-specific workflows, transparent reasoning and human oversight, Airflow agents help operators bring critical information together while keeping people in control of decisions. The company also introduced several Airflow agents for the commercial aviation segment, and developed an MCP Connector that integrates with ForeFlight mobile for general aviation.
PRIVACY ICAO ADDRESS: FLY WITHOUT PUBLISHING YOUR TAIL NUMBER
Support for Privacy ICAO Address lets eligible operators file with an alternate, temporary ICAO address so the aircraft is not trivially traceable to its owner via public flight tracking. Privacy is a first-order requirement for many business aviation principals.
SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND FRAT: SAFETY MANAGEMENT BUILT INTO THE SYSTEM YOUR OPERATION DEPENDS ON
Jeppesen ForeFlight is introducing a Safety Management System (SMS) and a Flight Risk Assessment Tool (FRAT) as new products for business aviation. FRAT gives crews a risk assessment tied to the actual flight rather than a separate form, with risk factors, weighting, and thresholds configured by the operator. SMS extends that work into Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance: hazard reporting from any device, a risk register, investigation and corrective action tracking, and reporting that gives safety leadership a view of the operation over time.
Because both products sit inside the system crews already use to plan and fly, a risk identified before departure becomes the same record the safety manager reviews later. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is lost between a paper form and a spreadsheet. SMS and FRAT are designed for small to medium sized Part 91 operators.

TRACKING: FROM WATCHING FLIGHTS TO BEING TOLD WHAT CHANGED
Tracking adds event-based notifications, so the operator learns about a developing situation instead of discovering it on a map. New notifications cover destination weather events, critical NOTAM events, holding pattern entry, and go-arounds. Acknowledge Flight Events lets a team member claim an alert, so everyone watching the same board knows the event has been seen and owned rather than assumed.
Three display and awareness improvements round out the release. Traffic layer filtering reduces clutter, so controllers of a busy operation see the aircraft that matter. Autozoom for TV View keeps an operations center display framed on active flights without anyone touching it. Geofencing generates alerts when an aircraft crosses a boundary the department defines.

FOREFLIGHT MOBILE: THE PAPERLESS FLIGHT DECK, IN PRACTICE
The largest group of releases moves business aviation crews closer to a genuinely paperless operation, where the record of the flight is created in the cockpit rather than reconstructed afterward.
• Electronic Signatures. Crews sign and release required flight documents on the device, and the signature travels with the record instead of on a separate sheet.
• Cockpit Sharing. Both crew members work from the same flight on their own devices, with changes reflected on both sides.
• Weight and Balance with inflight and custom curtailment. Crews apply curtailments in flight and define custom curtailment rules that match how their operator actually flies the aircraft.
• Enhanced Airport Diagrams. Redrawn airport diagrams built for readability on the flight deck, including clearer taxiway, hot spot, and surface detail.
• Mobile Clearance Delivery. Crews request and receive clearance on the device, removing a radio-and-notepad step from the pre-taxi flow.
• GPS Alerting and Cross Check. ForeFlight Mobile monitors GPS integrity and cross-checks position against independent sources, alerting crews to interference or degradation rather than leaving it to be inferred.
• ClearNOTAMs. Aviation-trained AI translates abbreviated NOTAMs into plain language summaries throughout the Jeppesen ForeFlight experience, with the original source data always shown alongside.
RUNWAY ANALYSIS: EXPANDED FLEET COVERAGE
Runway Analysis adds two aircraft subsets, the Hawker 800 and the Citation C560 Ultra, extending obstacle-accurate takeoff and landing performance to more of the business aviation fleet.

FUEL: CONFIRMED RELEASES, PRICES, FEES, AND YOUR OWN FUEL FARM
Five fuel updates help planners better manage their largest operating expense, fuel. Fuel Release Confirmations give reassurance to the crew that the fuel release was received by the FBO. Retail Pricing brings retail fuel prices into the planning view alongside contract pricing, so the comparison happens where the decision is made. Homebase Fuel Farm lets operators that who store their own fuel account for it in planning and cost analysis rather than treating home base as a blank. Tankering scenarios now support up to 50 legs, providing planners with a comprehensive overview to optimize fuel uplift decisions. Easily upload minimum-to-waive-fees files for simpler, more effective fueling strategies.
